Who we are

The seller is identified on your invoice, including the VAT identification number for your order.

Orders and contract

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Prices include VAT where applicable; the total payable is always shown before payment. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable or a price was clearly misstated.

Payment

Payment is taken by our payment provider. For card payments your card is charged when the order is placed.

Delivery, withdrawal and returns

Delivery times and the 14-day right of withdrawal are described on the Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty rights apply and are not limited by these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses where the law permits exclusion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the seller’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
